It is forbidden to enter with shoes

The use of socks is compulsory

Do not wear clothes or other objects that can get caught in the obstacles.

Do not enter the play area with food.

Slide down the slides seated and with your hands on your chest.

Do not stand at the exit of the slides.

General rules

It is compulsory for children to wear socks when entering the park.
The Kidom Park management cannot be held responsible for children under 3 years of age entering areas not intended for this age group.
Food is not allowed in the park.
It is compulsory to access the play areas without shoes.
Do not climb on the outside area of the play structure.
Children older than the indicated ages may not enter this area without the supervision of the monitor.
The monitors monitor the appropriate behaviour of the users on a general level and never on an individual basis.
In any case Kidom monitors are caretakers of the users of the play areas.
Adults are not allowed to enter unless permitted by the monitors.
No drinks or glass containers may be brought into the play areas.
No necklaces, glasses or any garment that could get caught in the play area.
The company is not responsible for lost objects.
Please ensure that your child is of the required age and can access the chosen play area.
At times when this area is not supervised by a monitor, ask at reception for access, which is done with the care of their parents, who must wear socks.
It is not allowed to leave the premises while children are in the play areas, in case of doing so, Kidom will refer to the security of the mall to bring it to their attention and take appropriate action.
All physical activity involves some risk of shock or incidents arising from the activity, the company Kidom, is not responsible for any accident in this regard.
It is not allowed to access Kidom with any kind of food or drink, including the cafeteria area.
Kids should wear the visible wristbands or badges enabled by kidom for the use of its facilities.
Kidom reserves the right to change or modify its timetables according to its needs.
It is not allowed to access the play areas with bandages, casts or any type of injury or special situations that should be consulted with the staff of the facility.
It is not allowed to leave the premises while children are in the play areas or in the enclosure, in case of doing so, Kidom will refer to the security of the mall to bring it to their attention and take appropriate action.
In case of high occupancy, please excuse the possible delay in admission, whose registration is important.
Kidom reserves the right to modify or change the schedule according to their needs.

Rules for the 3 to 5 year old zone

The use of socks is compulsory for children entering the park.
The management of kidom park is not responsible for the access of children under 3 years old to the areas not intended for this age.
It is not allowed to enter the park with food, sweets or chewing gum.
Kids should enter the park without shoes.
No climbing on the outside area of the play structure.
Children over the indicated ages are not allowed in this area without the supervision of the monitor.
The monitors monitor the appropriate behaviour of the users on a general level and never on an individual basis.
When this area is supervised by a monitor, adults are not allowed to enter until indicated by the monitors.
When this area is not supervised by a monitor, it is compulsory for parents or guardians to take care of the children, for which they must pass through admission and enter the play area with their children wearing socks, leaving their footwear in the areas set aside for this use.
Drinks and glass containers are not allowed in the play area.
No necklaces, glasses or any garment that could get caught in the play area.
The company is not responsible for lost objects.
