Does the menu include a cake?

Yes, in our menus we include a fictitious cake for the "Happy Birthday" moment. Once the moment is over, we serve the guests their individually chosen dessert (cake or ice cream).

Can we bring our own cake or food?

No, food from outside is not allowed in our Kidom leisure center due to possible cross-contamination of allergens.

Can we bring decorations: balloons, garlands, banners, tablecloths, plates?

No, our company policy does not allow external decoration for celebrations.

Can children wear whatever clothes they want or a costume?

Children can access Kidom as they wish, the only requirement is that they access our facilities with socks. In case of accessing our multi-adventure and ziplines area they must do so with comfortable and closed footwear.

If I book a birthday with a certain number of children and then the number of children increases or decreases, will I be charged for the number of children I booked on the day I made the birthday contract?

No, there is no penalty of any kind, but it is important that you inform us of any changes that may occur in order to speed up the organisation of the birthday.

In our group there are several birthday childs, how does it affect the celebration?

There is no problem. In this case, each birthday person will have their own free host gift and souvenir photo.

How is the total payment of the birthday made at the end of the celebration?

Payment for the birthday is to be made in our cafeteria. Once there, our staff will give you the details of the ticket. A single payment will be accepted, multiple payments for the same ticket or individual tickets will not be accepted.

What should I do if any of the guests have allergies or other dietary restrictions?

The most important thing is to let our staff know in advance so that they can offer you the best alternatives. In Kidom we have gluten-free food, and we adapt to all types of allergies.
